What are the office hours?
Our office hours are Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
When can I access my storage unit?
All tenants have access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. No phone calls or appointments necessary.
Am I required to store long-term?
When you store with us, you’re never required to store long-term. We offer month-to-month leases, allowing you to store short or long-term. No obligations or commitments.
When can I move into my unit?
Move into your storage unit whenever it’s available.
How do I access my storage unit?
Once you sign a lease you’ll be given your own passcode that will allow you access to your unit during normal access hours.
How do I pay my storage bill?
Pay your storage bill online using a debit or credit card. You can also sign up for autopay and your monthly bill will be deducted from your credit card, checking or savings account.
I’m ready to rent a unit. How do I get started?
Rent a unit on our unit prices page or give us a call during normal business hours. We also have an onsite kiosk available 24/7.
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
You must have a valid form of government-issued ID such as a driver’s license, state ID, or passport.
What items am I NOT allowed to store?
Tenants are never required to store liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, tires, toxic materials, and perishables. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
